SHIPPING

We use Australia Post to deliver Australia wide. Items are typically shipped the same or following day from our Geelong warehouse.

You can choose Australia Post Standard or Express at which the price will be calculated based on the weight of the combined items. For Shipping times please refer to the Australia post website.

RETURNS
If you are not happy in any way with your HIWTSI purchase, simply return it to us in original condition within 15 days for a full refund. (Shipping at buyers expense).

FAULTY ITEMS
All our products carry a 12 month guarantee, if you have any problems with any of our goods within the guarantee period please contact us to arrange a replacement.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order before it is sent, please contact us quoting your order reference and we will be happy to cancel your order and refund your credit/debit card in full.
